Brief: Copenhagen Capital buys property, keeps 2015 outlook unchanged

March 25 (Reuters) - Copenhagen Capital A/S  CPHCAP.CO : 
    * Said on Tuesday the company had taken over shares in 
Folkvarsvej 32 ApS following due dilligence regarding the 
company and property Folkvarsvej 32 / Yrsavej 4A in 
Frederiksberg 
    * Said in connection with the deal, the seller of the 
property, PBJ Ejendomsinvestering ApS, had entered into 
agreement to acquire 1 million shares in Copenhagen Capital at 
price of 1.20 
    * Said keeps guidance on 2015 profit before adjustments and 
tax of between 1.0 million and 2.0 million Danish crowns
